Consent to Cultural Heritage Value Transfer & Payment Agreement

Dear Participant,

By proceeding with this agreement, you acknowledge that the material—whether in the form of visual, auditory, conceptual, or performative work—constitutes a contribution to a registered cultural archive. Once you sign the attached PDF, your participation will be preserved as part of a documented cultural heritage, protected and certified by WML Legal LLC.

We are not purchasing a product or a service from you.

Instead, you are transferring the future cultural value of your contribution to us, and in return, we are offering monetary compensation as a gesture of appreciation. This compensation reflects your consent to:

  1. Allow us to archive, reference, and display your contribution as part of a legally protected cultural system.

  2. Waive any future financial claim related to the increase in symbolic or market value of said contribution.

  3. Acknowledge that this value, once certified and archived, is not revocable.

Signing this PDF is a one-time act that confirms your understanding and agreement to the above. If you do not sign, we cannot proceed with payment or inclusion in the archive.

Your presence is not only documented—it becomes part of something larger.

By signing this PDF, you are agreeing to the following:

You will receive your requested payment upfront. In exchange, you are permanently transferring the future artistic and cultural value (including all potential IP and symbolic revenue) of this work to WML Legal LLC. You waive all future financial rights associated with the archived material, including but not limited to resale, licensing, reproduction, or exhibition revenue. Your contribution becomes part of a protected legal and cultural archive, certified and overseen by WML Legal – Cultural Rights Division.

This is not a sale. This is a value shift across time. Your gesture today becomes our cultural property tomorrow.
